Membership Termination and Notice

• Monthly memberships require 30 days’ written notice to cancel.

• Minimum term may apply depending on membership type purchased.

• Notice must be submitted by email or in writing and will take effect from the next billing date.

• Annual memberships are non-refundable once activated, except in exceptional circumstances at management’s discretion.

• Thyme Spa & Gym reserves the right to terminate or suspend a membership without refund if these terms are breached.

Freezing or Pausing Memberships

• Memberships may be frozen for medical reasons or exceptional circumstances, subject to approval.

• Supporting documentation may be required.

• A minimum and maximum freeze period may apply.
